Booking policies
- We
book reservations using Visa – MC – Discover
- We collect 50% with reservation
- We automatically
bill your credit card for the balance 30 days prior to arrival.
- You may cancel up-to 31 days before arrival with
a $100.00 administration charge.
- Cancellation 30 days or closer to your arrival will only have a refund (total or partial)
if we are able to replace your reservation with another group.
- Making
a reservation is your indication of your agreement with all our policies, terms and rates.
Terms
- Horses – dogs – cats are welcome
(people too)
- Horses need up-to-date coggins filed with us before arrival.
- Dog and cats must have up-to-date
inoculations. Bring records.
- You are requested to keep your pets in a “pet carrier”
or equivalent when you are away from the Lodge and they are left behind.
- Lost Spur will be rented to one group at
a time.
- The Lost Spur ownership is NOT responsible for guest or animal “safety – health –
personal property”.
Rates - Ranch
rental: Check-in Sunday 10am / check-out
Saturday 12 noon.
- 1 to 4 vacationers $1750.00 per week (6 nights).
- 5 to 8 vacationers
$150.00 per vacationer per week.
- Horses:
$20.00 per night each
- Pets:
$20.00 per night each
Cleaning fees
- Lodge:
$90.00
- Pets:
$30.00
- Stalls:
$20.00 per stall (refundable in two weeks, if left clean).
Tax: 9%
Security deposit:
$250.00 (refundable two weeks after departure unless there is damage). Damages
that exceed your deposit will be charged to your credit card.
